Commercial New Service

All new commercial members of Miami-Cass REMC must complete a Commercial Membership Application and Agreement form which is available by clicking here.

All new commercial members will need to come into the office to sign the agreement and show a photo identification card.  If someone is unable to come into the office, the form may be returned to us by mail, email, or faxed along with our notarization form which is available here.
